The decade of 2020-30 has been recognised as the decade of decarbonisation. The largest industrial players and nations across the globe are rallying behind the net zero movement with announcements of new ambitious targets being released on a daily basis. Greece has also made it's own net zero commitments and aspires to be one of the front runners in this race to decarbonisation.

However, decarbonisation does not come without it's challenges! Increased intermittency in power generation, coupled with distributed generation, prosumers, energy storage and increased demand through the rise of EV's translate to imbalances and congestion for the grid.

Our distinguished panel of international industry experts will discuss digital solutions in injecting flexibility in our systems by making our grid smarter, as well as opportunities that could be unique for Greece.

At the end of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss ongoing market developments and future trends.
